Nestled in the woods of Aranno, in the Malcantone region of southern Switzerland, Nellimya Arthouse is a creative habitat designed according to the principles of the Golden Ratio: a place where nature, art and spirit meet.
After almost eight years of activity at our exhibition space in Piazza Riforma, Lugano, this multifunctional venue was created as a place dedicated to artistic research, experimentation and interdisciplinary dialogue.
Since 2026, our research has focused on a central theme: THE SPIRITUAL IN ART. Within this framework, THE SPIRITUAL IN ART Collective has taken shape as a permanent platform dedicated to research, dialogue and collaboration between artists, curators, researchers and creative practitioners.
Each year we host selected artist residencies, offering flexible programmes tailored to the needs of each project. The creative journey is enriched through workshops, gatherings and initiatives such as Canvas to Table, where dialogue generates new relationships and new directions for research.
Open applications are welcomed from artists and creative practitioners who wish to explore the spiritual dimension through their own artistic language.
Events, collaborations and external projects further enrich our programme, bringing together art, philosophy and innovative practices that foster the evolution of consciousness.
Nellimya Arthouse also hosts the non-profit associations ALA_Aranno LandArt, promoting environmental art projects throughout the Malcantone, and Rosa delle Donne.
More than an exhibition space, Nellimya Arthouse is a lived-in house where artistic research, nature and everyday life intertwine organically.
